Annapurna Circuit Trekking is also known as round Annapurna trekking or Thorung La pass trek. Thorung La pass is highest 5420m. Today, the community has build stoned paved route in most of the area, good tea house lodges and all kind of local to western foods menus. This area has its own charm in trekking, memorizing view of gigantic mountains, rich flora, fauna and different experience cultural ethics. It has its own warm hospitality which was only opened for foreigners since 1980s.

Day 01: Drive Kathmandu – Besisahar 950m – Ngadi 950m- Syane 1080m by surface
Breakfast/Transfer Kathmandu to Besisahar 820m by private vehicle. Distance: 03/04 hrs drive- approx 175 Km.
Arrival at Besi Sahar after driving with beautiful glimpse through the village area of Nepal reach famous trekking hub Besi Sahar.This small village is main trade area which connects with Tibet from Kathmandu through Manang Mustang Dolpo as well as Upper Mustang area. Get in one of the restaurant for lunch of the day. Get down and have lunch at local restaurant than continue to Syane 1080M by local 4 Wheeler Jeep –or local bus approx 3 hr drive.Arrive at Syane and check in at Tea house, Rest and have your first trekking meal / Overnight at Syane
Day 02: Trek Syange 1080m – Bagarchap 2160m Walk 5/6 Hrs
Early Morning wake up than breakfast/ Pack your baggage than handover to porter.
Walk gently through the Marsyandgi river, ascend the stone staircase, reach Satale 1480 m, you have beautiful view of Rhododendron-traverses high above up of river banks. Continue down to Tal basi 1590 m and up there is waterfall than reach Tal 1700m “small village which touch Manang districts. Check in at ACAP and continue other areas Khorte, Karte, Dharapani 1960 m by crossing Suspensions Bridge, field terrace, Chorten. These villages have Tibetan influence and settlement is nice with good Tea house & restaurant for tourist. There is a junction of Marsyandgi and Dudh Khola, police check post than continue to Kotre later Bagarchap. Visit famous Diki Gompa and have nice view of Mt. Lamjung [6986 m] and Annapurna II 7937 m.

Day 03: Trek Bagarchap 2160m to Chame 2710m Walk 4/5 Hrs
Early Morning wake up than breakfast
Walk west and pass bridge to Telekhu 2840 m, cross the beautiful bucket wheat fields, mani walls, gently through the forest, apple orchard of Bhratang 2950 m which used to a Khampa “Tibetan warrior” settlement, & cross the memorial stone of Japanese climber “Akira Ochiai” who died at Thorang La. Continue to Paungda Danda where you can view of Mt Annapurna II – South & Pisang Peak 6091 m than walk down to valley – glimpse of Himalachuli & Ngadi Chuli again. Walk gently through Dhukure Pokhari 3200m, and finally Pisang 3240 m- very nice village also known as Nyesyang people, they raise buckwheat, potatoes, barely, beans, wheat etc.
Rest and enjoy dinner / overnight at Tea House in Chamje 2710m
Early Morning wake up than breakfast / Get ready for more strength for wild trails, gently start your trek passing the bridge through the old town of kani. There is a nice buckwheat field, farmers working on it and ancient mani walls and business of apple and their orchard, after a step on Bhartang [2950m], a area once Khampa ‘Tibetan warriors’ settled here, they collect tax from those trading salt, Nepalese craft and other valuable thing between Tibet and Nepal. Just across the bridge Japanse climber Akira Ochiai was placed who died in Thorang La. Walk continues to Paungda Danda, nice rocky area gives beautiful view of Mt Pisang Peak 6091m and later Himalachuli, Ngadi from down the valley to Pisang, crossing the long suspension bridge than ascent to Dhukure Pokhari 3200m crossing the several Mani wall’s and small wooden bridge finally reach Pisang. Very nice village with several lodging fooding facilities, they do farming and keep horses, goats, sheep’s, cows have rich community.

Today, you are heading to Manang one of the main destination of this Trek. Gently walk to the trail passing different ancient Mani walls, small stream pass through the German Memorial who passed away in Pisang Peak. Slowly ascent to top of Spur 344m ,from where Manang valley clearly seen and high Tilicho Peak 7134m., you can also see Ghyaru along the way later reach Hongde 3420m, Continue walk on trail to Mungjh passing the Yugoslav Mountaineering School of Yugoslav, later cross the Bryanga 3500m and finally to Manang.

Day 06: Rest and Acclimatization day in Manang
Rest and relax the day
Or explore this amazing valley, their daily life, work, tradition and also enjoy the view of Annapurna IV, Annapurna II and Tarke Kang.
Also can assent of Kang and Ganagapurna view point 4695m and lake side of Ganagapurna Lake, can enjoy boating. There is also choice to visit the Bojo Gompa between the Manang and Bryaga.

Day 07: Trek Manang 3540m to Yak Kharka 4110m Walk 4/5 Hrs
Breakfast at hotel and start trek
Today the wild trek begin which intimate to reach the wild Thorang La but we will rest at Yak Kharka since Thorong la has high altitude need continue slow acclimatizing one night rest at Yak K. Keep strength of trekking sprit and slowly climb to Tengi, pass the Jarsang Khola later to Gunsang finally to Yak Kharka [4110m]. The day is little bit tough hence walk slowly. The area has very nice gazing place where you can see Himalayan cow Yak’s. Yak Kharka provides you a good Tea Houses, nice food. Rest you body go bed on time to prepare the most wild trek which lead to Throng Phedi [4420 m].

Have a nice tea than start walk off the day. Gently climb to Ledar [4230 m] after crossing the small wooden bridge for Jhrsang Khola. Enter ACAP center and after continuing assent through the narrow alley trail you will reach Thorong Phedi. [4420M]. Check in at tea house
Rest, dinner and overnight
Get prepare for the wild trek of the day since you are on to world biggest pass Throng La. The trails is little bit steep and narrow, gent walk down carefully through the rocky trail. The trail is well maintain by shepherds and community easy walk but need lot of careful in high elevation to Thorong La [5416m], the view of Annapurna region, Khatung Kang and Ganagapurna. The area has nice Chorten and long Buddhist prayer flags.
Later slowly walk down to the Mustang.

Day 10: Trek to Muktinath 3800m to Jomsom 2760m Walk 4/5 Hrs
Early morning visit Muktinath temple than walk down to Jomsom. Note: there is a local Jeeps runs to Jomsom, if you have less problem to walk than can take Jeep to Jomsom which is approx 2 hrs. But if you are fit and fine than never miss to walk through the different villages and excellent view of high ranges and Kali Gandaki area through ancient city Kagbeni 2840M than after Jomsom. It is a small hub with airport and good tourist facility. There are nice Tea houses, restaurants and nice place to buy soveniours specially the dry Apples.

Day 12: Fly back to Kathmandu
Breakfast at hotel then transfer to Pokhara Airport
