It is the highest zone of the Earth where oxygen level is less hence high chance of altitude sickness. Solo trekking without guide is risky so one must accompany professional local guides for safety. Day 01: Fly Tenzing Hillary Airport – Lukla 2845 m [35 min].Trek to Phakding 2610 m – Walk 03/04 Hours

Off to PHAKDING 2610 m: You will walk through the busy Lukla bazzar, Thalsharoa Kosi 2678 m Kusum Kangru Khola. Gently climb up the hilly trail which led to Kusum Kangru 6367m valley. After a mile cross the famous Himalayan River Dudh Koshi suspension bridge for small Sherpa village Ghan 259 0m.

After crossing the final trail through Nurning 2592 m, Chuthawa 2591m, you will reach famous area Phakding.

WalkDay 02: Trek to Namche Bazzar 3440 meters –Walk 06/07 hours
Start walking through pine forest along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several small and long iron suspensions bridges. It is quite busy trail which since Namche Bazzar is the main hub. In path you will encounter a heard of local horses, yaks. You will cross the Sherpa villages of Benkar 2630m, Chumowa 2760m then Monjo 2835, Jorsale Thumbug: a check point and entrance gate of Sagarmatha National Park.
There is a magnificent view of Thamserku 6616m and continue along the riverbed through the Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi Rivers. It then hikes steadily, crossing the famous Tenzing- Hilary suspension bridge. After walking and highest point you will see the spectacle view of Everest and Nuptse – Lhotse ridge.
The beautiful Namche Valley is just beneath, walk slowly down to the destination of the day.

WalkDay 03: Acclimatizing day at Namche Bazaar 3440 meters
Note: You can rest at your Tea House or if you are good enough and healthy then can visit the local markets or different museums, monasteries and special a local markets. One can also visit Khunde Hospital set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or take a one hour walk up to the Everest View Hotel above Namche for the sunset view of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest.
You can visit National Park Centre and Museum just above the town for spectacle view of Mountains.

WalkDay 04: Trek to Tengboche 3867 meters – Walk 05/06 hours
Trek Start: The trail climbs up from the town and then contours around the hillside, offering great views including Everest and Khumjung. Look out for spotted deer, Himalayan tahrs and birds – including the colorful (male) Danphe pheasant (Nepal’s national bird). The trail rises to Sanasa where the routes to Gokyo and Everest BC fork.
Follow the right side trail then descends to cross the Dudh Koshi (past water driven prayer wheels) on a suspension bridge near Phungi Thenga (3,250m) the lowest point north of Namche Bazaar.
Continue journey through Imja Khola Valley and rises steeply, through dwarf conifers and rhododendron forest, for a two hour pull, to the hilltop village of Tengboche. Their famous Tengboche Monastery is set against the backdrop of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Everest, Kangtega and other peaks. At full moon in October/November they hold the colorful Mani Rimdu festival which includes masked dancing and Tibetan Opera in the monastery courtyard. Visit the monastery during the afternoon.

WalkDay 05: Trek to Dingboche 4413 meters –Walk 05/06 hours
Trek Start:Today, the trail drops to Debouche, a scattered stone village with a nunnery, long mani wall and Chortens. You will cross another exciting suspension bridge over the Imja Khola and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of Mani stones.
Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the quaint traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche with its exquisite views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam 6856m perhaps the most beautiful mountain in the Everest region. We take our time so we avoid getting affected by the altitude.

The trail continue the Lobuche Khola and continues up to the Dingboche. The village gives view of Ama Dablam, fields of barley, buckwheat and potatoes. The villagers walled it to protect grains from cold winds and grazing animals during the short growing season.

WalkDay 06: Rest Day at Dingboche
You can explore the village which is beautiful with an array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. We spend a day at Dingboche for acclimatization.
Or take day hikes to either Nagarjun Hill or Chukkhung Valley for great views of Makalu, Lhotse, Chalote, Tawache and Ama Dablam.

WalkDay 07: Trek to Lobuche 4930 meters –Walk 06/07 hours
Trek Start:Start you trek passing the Dusa 4503 to Thokla Dughla 4620m. Continue up the wide valley beneath the magnificent peaks of Cholatse & Tawache on the left, slowly ascend towards the foot of the Khumbu Glacier which flows from Everest.
Dughla is perfect for having lunch. The Trail zigzags up through the boulders of glaciers terminal moraine. You will see memorial stone cairns of sherpas who died will ascending Mt. Everest. Walk smoothly since the alleviation is increase higher nearer 5000m along the glacier. After an hour of walk finally you will reach Lobuche.

WalkDay 08: Trek to Kala Pattar 5580 meters – Gorakshep 5140 meters Walk -04/05 hours
Trek Start: Trek to Kala Patthar – 2/ 3 hrs
Today, a rewarding day. Continue the day by ascending the rocky path passing the Italian Solar Pyramid Project for weather and other scientific research of Mountains. Follow the active glacier which often changes its path and an hours of walk you will first glimpse of Mt. Pumori 7,145m, later First Everest (8,848m/29,028ft), then its surroundingvassals:Pumori(7,145m/23,443ft),Lingtren(6,697m/21,973ft),Khumbutse(6,623m/21,730ft),Changtse (7,550m/24,772ft), Lhotse (8,516m/27,941ft) and Nuptse (7,861m/25,792ft). Plus Cho Oyo (8,201m/26,907ft) in the west and Ama Dablam to the south: amidst countless other peaks that crowd the horizon in all directions from Kala Pattar 5580m.
After an hour of descend you will reach Gorak Shep 5160m.

WalkDay 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp 5364 meters – Lobuche 4930 meters 05/06 hours
Trek Start: Trek to main destination Everest Base Camp
Gently decent straight ahead to Everest Base Camp, a historical place for Mountaineers where expedition starts for Mt Everest 8848m. This is the area where thousands of trekkers and mountaineers still gather, some fail, some succeed, some never back. Usually, the expedition begins in August, September, October, Mid-March, and April to early May.
The area is high active for altitude sickness hence one should be more careful while walking, smooth walk is the best. Recently the earthquake has also effected the trails hence it might be little difficult however when you reach the area you will be mesmerize to see the view of Khumbu Ice Fall. A moving gigantic glacier, first wild gate for expedition.

After spending an hours, we will trek back to Lobuche
till Pheriche by following the previous route.

WalkDay 10: Trek to Namche Bazzar 3440m –Walk 07/08 hours
Trek Start:Trek down to Phunki Thanga than up to the Namche Bazzar. It is long walk and leg stretch since while down your whole body forced in foot and rough on knees. However, you will feel better to come down from high altitude.

WalkDay 11: Trek to Lukla 2840 meters Walk -05/07 hours
Trek Start:Trek down to the Lukla passing through the previous area like Phakding, Monjo, Chablung and finally at Lukla. Rest and overnight at Lukla

WalkDay 12: Fly Kathmandu
Early morning flight for Kathmandu.
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport
