Nepal is divided into three part according to the geographically structure; Himalaya, Hill and Terai region. Himalaya is already a famous in world however the plain Terai region also deserves same fame in adventure world. The different part of Terai region covered by huge dense forest. The Jungle was so huge and vast that the British solders left their project to concur Nepal after India. It has one of the best tropical Jungle and habitats of several wild life’s. All together, Nepal have established 16 National Parks in Nation to protect the wild life and other conservation. The main wild life National Park’s for Jungle Safari and Hunting area as follows Royal Chitwan National Park, Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve,Parsa Wildlife Reserve, Royal Bardia National Park.

The Terai low lands is stretching from Indian border northward to the fist slops of the Bharbhar and the Siwalik Ranges. Its is mainly covered by hardwood Sal forest, grassy moist land covered by various grass specially long elephant grass, moist sand, riverine forest, rivers etc. You can find several endanger species such as one horn Rhinos, Royal Bengal Tigers, sloth bear and the gaur (wild bison), Gharial etc, there is also other animals exist such as Mugger Crocodile, Swamp Deer, Musk Dear, black buck, blue bul, Asiatic wild buffalo, Boars, wild dogs, hyena. Birds; babbles and orioles, koels and drongos, peacocks and floricans, and a multitude of wintering wildfowl etc.

Terai Region occupied 17% of total area which contain 35.9% population of Country. The area has huge migration of people from Hilly region, Bihari however the ethnic original peoples are Maithils and Tharu community. Tharu community has huge impact in Jungle Safaries, they are the rider of Elephants, Jungle Experts. There culture, tradition, living structurs are the main focus after the Jungle Safari. The tharu tribes area friendly and good hospitality which encouraging the growth of tourism in Terai region widely.

Day 01: ARRIVAL AT TRIBHUVAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – KATHMANDU 1400 M

Kathmandu Valley:
Kathmandu valley: Kathmandu is capital city of Nepal. It is a beautiful antic valley surrounded by gigantic hill top –Chandragiri, Champadevi, Shivapuri & the highest Phulchoki 2760m. The early scripts shows it was civilized from around 3000 years has 360 Km square at an altitude of 1400m above sea level. The legend says it was once a big lake with blue gigantic holy lotus at the middle of lake, until the Bodhisattva Manjushree cut a gorge at Chovar through his sword to allow the lake to drain & establish a human settlement. It is full of cultural heritages, architecture, craftsmanship, magnificent temples, palaces & precious monuments.

The valley is also a central area for Nepal from commercial, political development area which spans 20 Km from north to south, 26 Km from East to West. The northern side is famous for Himalayan view of Langtang ranges. In a clear day, one can see mesmerizing view of Himalayas from your flight as well as from Airport itself.

Day 02: AT KATHMANDU VALLEY

Am: Visit SWYAMBHUNATH STUPA “Monkey Temple”

Swyambhunath is an ancient religious & most important monument for Buddhist world, lies in the western part of valley at a hill top. The legendary Swayambhu Purana mentioned it was once a big lake & blue lotus blossom at middle. Later Manjushree “goddess” arrived here & cut the hill at Chovar to flow the water from valley for a civilization inside valley. The big blue lotus stuck at hill top than later people cover with white dome here it was named Swayambhu mean “self created”. The Chitya is believed to be constructed by great grandfather of King Manadeva (464-505 CE beginning of 5th Centaury CE. This is also known as monkey temple since it believed that they appear from the head lice of Manjushree when she left valley. There are large numbers of wild red macaque monkey living since era. They are very friendly with visitors & mostly feed on the food offered by the devotees. King Pratap Mall build 365 stone stair steps leading all the way to the top have an excellent view of Kathmandu valley & breath-taking panorama of Langtang ranges. It has eyes painted on the four cardinal direction said to represent the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha keeping a watch on the human behaviour. The thirteen pinnacles on the top symbolize that sentient beings have to go through the thirteen stages of spiritual realizations to reach enlightenment or Buddha hood.

Am: Sightseeing of BOUDHDNATH STUPA “largest Stupa of Nepal” – City center

Boudhanath Stupa is largest Stupa in Nepal which is situated at northern outskirts of Kathmandu valley approx 3 km from Airport and 8 Km from Kathmandu city centre. It is also known as Khasti, Jyarung Khasyor or Bauddha which is believed to have been built in 5th century during Lichchavi dynasty. It is a protective and wishes granting Stupa & listed in UNESCO world heritage site in 1979. It is one of the most significant largest single Chorten of Buddhist world. It has a precious statues of Buddha; Vairochana at the centre, Aksobhya, Ratna Sambhav, Amitabha and Amogha Siddh etc
The great Stupa has massive size and unique form is symbol of Nepal, a tribute to its rich spirituality & culture symbolizing a remnant of the past and stepping stone towards a better future. There are numerous Tibetan refugees surrounded the area has their highest praises for this monument as well as several monasteries built for the centres of learning, cultural activities, prayers & meditations as well as construction community for this monument.

Visit KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE “ancient Malla palace”

Kathmandu Durbar Square is located in the centre of Kathmandu valley. This is one of the 3 most important Durbar Square “King’s Palace” inside Kathmandu Valley which was built by Malla dynasty from 12the to 18th centauries as well as some new building by Shah Dynasty. There is a magnificent craftsmanship of Newari people which is today listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There are hundreds of different monuments built in this area. Some of the main monuments are listed below:

Hanuman Dhoka Royal Palace; the historic seat of the royalty

Rickshaw rider: Rickshaw is a cycling with 3 paddles which is one of the local modes of transportation for short distance. You will ride through the alley busy streets to the Thamel. In between you will enjoy the different local activities, temples a different experience which is brings you more close with Nepali society. It will be approx 20 to 30 minute rides.

You will drop at Thamel area: A famous tourist hub, you can do small shopping for souvenirs which will be in the street. A bargaining is also considered as a interesting activity at local, you need to have analyse and negotiate the price as much as you can for benefit.

Day 03: FLY BHARATPUR – TRANSFER TO MEGAULI CHITWAN

Day 04: JUNGLE SAFARI & TRANSFER TO SHANTA GHAR

Canoe riding at river – you will ride into the traditional single tree wooden boat into the Rapti River. There is swallow water where you will encounter several deer’s, birds, fish and fish eater Gharial crocodile in the bank of river.

After Canoe, elephant riding inside the buffer zone of National Park. This is also interesting activity to watch one horn rhinos and other birds and animals etc. The Mahot “elephant rider” will take you to the Jungle river side , you will have mesmerizing scenic view of Jungle.

AM: Ox cart riding in the village. Ox cart is traditional transportation in village. A Two ox will pull the cart for a load or people to their destination. It will drop to the local government school.
